Your portrait session should be custom to you and your family it shouldn’t be the same as every other clients portrait session. I work with you from the very first time you call me until after your products are delivered to deliver a one of a kind experience.
Design Consultation
This is so important to your session, during this time we discuss the details about your family to make your session special to you. One of the things we go over color schemes, are there are certain colors that are prominent in your home or in the nursery (if its a newborn session) where you are going to hang your images that you would like represented. During this time we talk about things that are significant to you, places you have been, things that you love, special things that represent your families personalities. What I love about this is that we really get to know each other before your session and I am able to plan your whole session to fit your family and represent your style.
Your Portrait Session
The day of your session you will come to my brand new studio built specifically for me and my clients. What I love about doing the precession consultation is that everything is already planned and setup for your session. So when you come it is a very easy and relaxing experience for newborn session especially. During a newborn session I encourage parents to use this time to relax. I know how hectic those first few weeks can be so just sit back and relax and enjoy yourself. Sit down on the sofa relax we keep cold refreshments and snacks for you to enjoy, catchup on emails or anything else you need to do.
The Ordering Of Your Images
After your session is completed I will work side by side with you to pick out the images and products that best fit your needs. When ordering wall art pieces I will obtain a picture of the wall in your home that you want to hang those pieces on. We will then design the sizes and arrangement that looks best. You will get to actually see what the sizes and design will look like in your home before you purchase anything. If you are ordering an album we will go through what images would work best and on what pages should each image go on.
